1. For passengers with a history of visiting China, please let the staff know in advance when issuing tickets.

2. If you have a history of staying "within 14 days" in the Chinese passport holder issued by Hubei Province (including Zhejiang for Osaka) or in the relevant region (including Zhejiang for Osaka), you cannot board.
**2-1. If you have a history of visiting Daegu or Cheongdo, you cannot enter Japan. (In effect from February 26th)
**2-2. Passenger and crew members of Princess Diamond, anchored in Japan, or Westdam, anchored in Cambodia may be restricted from boarding.

3. Please fill out 'Self-diagnosis Confirmation' when issuing tickets.
**3-1. Based on the self-diagnosis confirmation, the ticket can be determined for suspected patients, and it may not be possible to issue tickets for customers with fever (37.5 degrees or higher), cold, or poor conditions.

4. "COVID-19" can be prevented by wearing a mask all the time and washing hands everyday, so please thoroughly implement it especially when using it on board.
